Property Policies
Reservations
Please note our accommodation rents as an entire self-serve vacation rental with a 2 night minimum. reservations can be made via Air BnB, or by directly emailing the office at info@hilliercreekwinery.ca
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We may be able to accommodate an earlier arrival if the home is available. Please contact us ahead of time if you plan to arrive before 4:00 pm. We can also accommodate late arrivals with advanced notice.
Cancellations
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property out of courtesy to our guests and the environment.
Guest Parking
There is parking conveniently located beside the home.
Children
We are a family friendly vacation rental.
Pets
We are pet friendly with an additional pet fee of $150 and a Pet policy that must be reviewed and agreed to by guests prior to arrival.
